Delivery within West Bengal: For locations within West Bengal, the estimated delivery time is 7 working days.
Delivery outside West Bengal: For all other states across India, it may take up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and your delivery location. This will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery services. However, for certain pin codes, the delivery charge may need to be paid in advance.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID so you can monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
